Just over a week ago, I wrote about some Ring Of Honor talent being announced for the upcoming Manassas show in June. In that blog entry, I mentioned that I was quite excited about being able to see Kevin Steen for the first time in person. However, at the time of that post, El Generico (Kevin Steen’s usual tag team partner) was injured and unable to compete at all.

Well, what a difference a week makes! News just came out earlier today that El Generico had been medically cleared to wrestle again and that he would be making his way to Manassas to team up once again with Kevin Steen. I couldn’t be happier about being able to see Steen and Generico (affectionately dubbed ‘Steenerico’ by the ROH faithful). Both are Canadian, both are amazing talents, and both are just plain fun to watch.

Not to mention that the Manassas show is shaping up to be one of the best ROH shows of the year so far. With the talent and matches that have already been announced, this event has a ton of potential and it should be a really amazing time.
